Finance Committee

Present: Leticia Mathern, Donna Terry, Sherry Hall, Tim Kearney, Ray Espinoza, Rudy Forster and Fr. Bob Chorey

Budget was calculated and set.

Issues:

• Feast Day Celebration
• based on estimates from Planners: $3420 for equipments, Tables, Chairs, etc.; $1580 for Food, for a total of $5000.
• Can we afford this, given a tighter financial situation?
• General Consensus was yes, and should go for it, but we need to keep a tight control on those finances.

Tim expressed some frustration with the Diocesan informational letter for the budget planning
