Catholic Social Teaching is often referred to the hidden jewel of the Catholic Church. Our social teaching is based on Salvation, that God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, has loved us, continues to love us, and will always love us: there is nothing that can remove that love.
Our Social Teaching as Catholic responds to this good news by sharing that love with others, and helping all to know that they are loved by God. This is often called the Dignity of Human life; all human life is sacred since God loves all.
Every human person therefore is born with innate rights and dignity, and retains that dignity from conception to a natural death. It does not matter how we chose to live our life, it has dignity that must be respected.
The sub-pages are but a taste of the Catholic Social Teaching.
